Manufacturer: Now Foods. Price: about 400 rubles. Form: myo-inositol capsules, 500 mg per capsule. It was more convenient to take inositol in capsules than in powder. Great It normalises sleep with regular intake of 2 capsules. It improves my migraines. When special effects begin, I take my pills, add magnesium, and the migraine goes away smoothly in a couple of hours. Previously, I was incapacitated for half a day. The frequency has decreased; however, I have drug support. Regular magnesium aids in making PMS and menstruation much easier (for example, I don’t become irritable or yell at others, and the first day can go by without painkillers). Chronic nasopharyngeal discomfort does not worsen. Although it’s tough to solely attribute this to magnesium, as I consume omega-3 and added serrapeptase and resveratrol, I believe they have a role. Regular magnesium helps make PMS and periods much easier (for example, I don’t become irritable, don’t yell at others, and can get through the first day without painkillers). Chronic nasopharyngeal pain is practically unchanged. It’s challenging to attribute this solely to magnesium, as I also take omega-3 and recently added serrapeptase and resveratrol, but I believe they play a role. Less frustration
Not effective for grey hair but for premenstrual syndrome. It was only used to prevent grey hair, but it seems less effective for already grown hair. I have an itch on my face. The lack of biotin makes me feel depressed, but when I take it, I feel uplifted, can smile, and PMS is less frustrating. I think I should continue.
